Dear Exhibitors,

Promulgated by the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Industry & Commerce, National Copyright Administration and the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R.C. the “Measures for the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) During Exhibitions” have officially taken effect from March 2006.

In order to implement these measures and enhance the consciousness of the protection of IPR at the exhibition, we, as the organizers of “Furniture China 2009” request each exhibitor not to exhibit goods and services to which others hold intellectual property rights. Should any exhibitor display any products or services at the exhibition that infringe upon the IPR of others he should be cooperative to the investigation by the IPR Office onsite and bear corresponding legal liability.
